About Me

BIO | For now I’m a migrant church worker.  I guess that’s the simplest way to put it.  After graduating from seminary in May, 2007 I have been a NewThing Leadership Resident.  I’ve spent six months at Community Christian Church in Naperville, Illinois, and now I’m at Forefront Church in New York, New York.  After that who knows what God has waiting for me, but I’m excited to find out.  On this amazing journey I’ve had to move away from many people that I love, so in large part I’m writing to help keep them in my life on whatever level this form of communication allows and share my ideas with whomever wants to listen.

EDUCATION | I have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel School of Religion

RANDOM | I’ve lived all over, and traveled a bit. The only pet I’ve owned in my adulthood is a goldfish.  I love Jesus and His Church.  If I could have one possession right now I’d take a bright pink Vespa.  One of my life goals is to be a music snob (but humble about it).  New York pizza beats out Chicago-style.  Yankees?  Haven’t decided about that yet.
